Stock Images
Time is often of the essence and approaching deadlines frequently preclude a bespoke photo assignment. This being the case, images can be supplied from stock. Images can be licensed either for one-off specific use or for royal-free usage. A selection of low resolution files, with limited post processing, are usually supplied from which a final selection can be made.

Fees…
Fees for one-off use will depend upon the specific use: including the nature of the publication, the size of image, intended circulation, territorial distribution (local, national or international) and the intended period of usage.
Fees for royalty-free usage depends upon the duration of the licence, i.e. 12 months only or unlimited.
Fees may be discounted for charity or other organisations and/or multiple licences.
A search fee may be charged if no image is used; please ask.
Discounts may be applicable in certain circumstances and for specific groups, including Charities and Voluntary groups.
Copyright…
Irrespective of whether an image is supplied for a one-off or royalty-free usage, the copyright will remain with KeithSharplesPhotography. All images should be credited with a copyright notice, i.e. Photo KeithSharplesPhotography or similar unless otherwise agreed. For more on copyright, click through here to go to About Copyright.
Image Supply…
Stock
images can be supplied on CD/DVD, via ftp or similar transfer.
A high resolution RAW/TIFF file will be supplied for post processing
by the client or his graphics teams. In some cases a low resolution
JPEG, optimised by outline post processing, may also be supplied
as a production guide. If
the original image is on film, and if requested and agreed, the
original film may be supplied as an alternative.

be available upon request in the near future, F.O.C. to editorial
