Scanning, Post Processing and Printing/Output…

I offer a bespoke image scanning, post possessing and print/output service for your images.

Image Scanning…

Images captured on film are scanned dependant upon the proposed use:

Images to be used on websites, Spot, A6, A5, A4 or up to A3-size will be scanned using a high resolution Nikon Super Coolscan 5000ED.

Images to be used larger than A3-size will be drum scanned.

Image Preparation…

Scanned images, or images captured digitally will be prepared for use as follows:

• Digitally captured images will be converted from RAW and saved as high resolution RGB TIFF files.

• Images will be processed for colour and tone adjustments.

• Images will be re-sized according to their proposed usage.

• Images will then be sharpened and output as required.

Image Supply…

Images will be supplied according to the resolution

• Low resolution images will be emailed

• High resolution images can be supplied on CD/DVD, via ftp or similar transfer.

Output to Print…

Output to print can be on either standard or fine art paper, laminated, framed or unframed or to canvas.

Output to Website…

Images can be output for websites either individually or within a gallery.

Output to Other…

If required, output to other medias can be procured, i.e. mugs, mouse pads, posters, canvas’s and T Shirts etc..

Fees…

Fees for scanning, post processing and output for websites are charged as an hourly rate plus and expenses.

Fees for output to print or other media will depend upon the size and finish of the print/product plus expenses to cover P&P.

Discounts may be applicable in certain circumstances and for specific groups, including Charities and Voluntary groups.
